Chrissy's Favorite Recipes:

 (for someone else to make, she doesn't cook)

The Amazing Things That Can Be Done To A Strawberry...Pie

Baked pie crust
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese (how can you go wrong?)
Whip the cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Mix until smooth.
Spread in shell.
1 quart strawberries (this is where the humble berry finds its place in the sun)
Place 1/2 of the best berries on top of the cream cheese
Mash the remainder of the berries, stir in 1 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons
cornstarch, 1 tablespoon butter.
Cook until thick. Stir constantly.
Cool.
Pour over berries in the shell.
Refrigerate for 2 hours (or until your salivating becomes too excessive to wait
any longer)
Top with whipped cream.
Eat until sick
